How can you compete with Palo Alto, Fortinet and Zscaler?

Do I have to rip out my incumbent to start?

No. Migrations run as a parallel deployment: the existing setup keeps carrying production while sites move onto the platform in controlled waves, with rollback at every step. What happens to the policies we spent years building?

They come with you. We export and map your existing rulebase onto the platform's policy model, then run both in parallel so you can compare enforcement before anything is cut over. Nobody rewrites a zero-trust policy from a blank page on a deadline.

How long does a switch actually take?

It depends on sites and circuits, not on the platform. Assess and design, inventory, parallel run and phased cutover are the four stages, and each site clears in a planned window with a defined rollback. A Level-3 engineer owns every step, so the timeline you agree is the one that is actually worked to.

What if we only want to replace part of the stack?

That works. The platform is sold as capability modules you can buy on their own, so replacing only the WAN, or only the SSE layer, is a normal starting point. The rest can follow at the next renewal, or never.

We are mid-contract with our current vendor. Is it worth talking now?

Usually yes, because the assessment and design work is where the timeline is won or lost. Mapping sites, circuits and policy ahead of a renewal date means the migration starts the day the contract ends instead of six months later.
