Pricing

Priced by how much we run.

One platform, capability modules you can buy on their own or as a package, and three operating models. Pick what you need, choose per module how much we operate, and move between models at any renewal.

Three operating models

Same platform. You choose who runs it.

Every module is available in all three models, and you decide per module. From prices are the lowest available: CHF per user and month on Self-serve, at the 5,000 to 10,000 user band. Fewer users, AIOps and Mission Control cost more.

How to read these prices.

What "from" means

From prices are the lowest available: the Self-serve model at 5,000 to 10,000 users, with the full 25 percent volume discount. Fewer users, AIOps and Mission Control, and the number of sites or appliances, all increase the price.

Minimum engagement

CHF 100,000 annual contract value, across any mix of modules, foundation and services. Volume discounts apply from 1,000 users, up to 25 percent at 5,000 to 10,000 users.

Indicative, not an offer

All figures are indicative and do not replace a quote. Final pricing depends on scope, users and sites. Foundation and expert services are not included in module prices.

No hidden fees

Transparent by design.

One contract across every tier and module. What you see here is how we price: no setup surprises, no lock-in penalties.

One contract, all tiers

Self-serve, AIOps and Mission Control sit on a single agreement. Move a module between operating models at renewal without renegotiating the whole contract.

Priced per module

Buy exactly the capabilities you need and add more as you grow. Foundation and expert services are listed separately, never buried in a vague platform fee.

No lock-in

Public API and Terraform access on every tier, hardware RMA included. No console lock-in, no exit toll.

Straight answers

Pricing questions, answered straight.

The things a price list never says out loud, said here.

What does the "from" price actually assume?

The lowest price available: the Self-serve model, the 5,000 to 10,000 user band, and the full 25 percent volume discount. Anything below 5,000 users, and either of the operated models, costs more. Sites, appliances and connectivity are priced separately under Foundation, so they never hide inside a per-user figure.

Is there a minimum, and what is it?

CHF 100,000 annual contract value, across any mix of modules, foundation and services. Volume discounts start at 1,000 users and reach 25 percent in the 5,000 to 10,000 band. Below the minimum we are the wrong fit, and we will say so in the first call rather than in month three.

Why are prices in Swiss francs?

Because Open Systems is a Swiss company and the price list is maintained in CHF, which keeps a single reference figure instead of eight drifting currency lists. Quotes can be issued in your currency; the conversion is fixed for the contract term so your budget does not move with the exchange rate.

Can I buy a single module, or do I have to take the platform?

A single module is fine. The six modules stand on their own and are priced on their own, and the Complete Platform bundle simply prices all five user-based modules together with a 15 percent platform advantage. Buy one, add the rest later, or never.

Does the price change if I want you to operate it?

Yes, and that is the whole logic of the price list: you pay by how much we run. The same module costs more on AIOps than on Self-serve, and more again on Mission Control, because in each step more operational duty moves to us. You set that dial per module, see the operating models.

What is not included in these prices?

Foundation items, which are priced per site rather than per user: last-mile connectivity, edge hardware, LAN operations, external BGP, Partner Connect and dedicated SSE egress IPs. Expert and consulting services are also separate. Everything in that list is on this page, none of it is discovered later.

Are there setup fees, or a penalty for leaving?

No setup surprises and no exit toll. One contract covers all three operating models, hardware RMA is included, and public API and Terraform access are on every tier, so your configuration is exportable rather than trapped in a console. Lock-in by architecture is the version of lock-in that actually hurts, and we designed it out.

Why is OT priced per site instead of per user?

Because a plant floor does not scale with headcount. Secure Access OT is CHF 270 per site and month, is not subject to the user volume discount, and is sized by the environment it protects. OT Security explains what runs inside that site.

How binding are these figures?

They are indicative and do not replace a quote. Final pricing depends on scope, users, sites and operating model, and your account team or channel partner builds the exact number with you against your architecture. Talk to us to get one.
